Usage and credits

The Usage page answers two questions in one screen: how much of your AI Marketer credit allowance is left this cycle, and how close you are to the limits your plan sets. It also breaks the numbers down by conversation, brand, agent, and teammate, so you can see where the work went. Usage is a section of the single Settings page, not a route of its own. Open Settings from the sidebar footer, then pick Usage (the gauge icon). The deep link is /app/settings/#usage.

AI credits

The top card, AI credits, is the meter for the AI Marketer. It shows your plan and how many credits are included this cycle — one allowance, shared across your whole workspace. Two totals sit under that: Organization usage (everything the workspace has spent) and Your usage (your own share), with your percentage of the total. Below them, a bar fills as credits are spent. A lighter segment marks credits in flight — held for a turn the AI Marketer is still working on. When that turn finishes, the reserved amount reconciles to what the work actually cost. Credits are the only unit here. There are no dollars on this page — pricing lives on fixaeo.com/pricing. A credit meters the measured cost of the AI work, so a heavy task spends more than a light one. The meter reflects whether you’re running normally, running low, or used up, and turns red when you’re near the top. Credits reset on a fixed day each cycle. If you have an active subscription, that’s your renewal day; with no subscription to anchor to, it falls back to the 1st of the month. The card labels which basis it used, and shows your renewal date separately when the two differ. Your monthly credit allowance depends on your plan: Free gets none, Lite 100, Growth 400, and Enterprise a custom allowance. On a plan without the AI Marketer, the card reads not included rather than showing a spent bar — that’s the expected state, not an error. Manage plan on the card jumps to your billing controls. Plan limits

The Plan limits card lists the caps that actually gate the product, each shown as used against your limit with a small bar. These apply on every plan, including Free. It covers your brands, tracked prompts, API keys, AI engines, scan frequency, and the monthly server-log agent events that feed Agent analytics. Account-wide caps are marked across all brands so you know a number is pooled rather than per-brand. If you go over a limit — for example after a downgrade — the row turns red and says so. Existing items keep working; you just can’t add more until you upgrade or trim. That’s a plain limit, not a failure.

Breakdown

The Breakdown table is the same numbers sliced four ways. Switch between the tabs at the top:

• AI Marketer — each conversation, with its turns, average credits per turn, credits used, and share of total usage.
• Brands — each brand, with scans, prompts, engines, and when it was last scanned.
• Agents — each workflow, with total runs, how many succeeded, and how many failed.
• Users — each member, with their role, status, turns, credits used, and last activity.

Filter any tab to the last 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. You can sort by column, search within the table, and page through longer lists. On a team, AI Marketer credits are one shared pool for the whole workspace. The Users tab is how you see who spent what — it attributes credit use per member. Click a member’s name to drill into just their AI Marketer conversations, then clear the filter to go back to the workspace view. Team roles and seats are covered in Team and workspaces.

Export

Export CSV downloads the breakdown you’re looking at — the same rows, the same tab, and the same date filter that’s on screen. This is separate from the analytics CSVs and the account JSON on Export your data; those cover your measurements and profile, while this covers usage and credits.
